At IPAP, we specialize in plant based, whole food nutritional consulting, and offer this service to patients who are interested in taking their health to the next level.  Our bodies rebuild with the nutrients we give them.  Faster healing time, improved athletic performance, increased mental agility, reversal and prevention of chronic diseases such as cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes, auto-immune and heart disease are all possible by maintaining a plant based diet.

Cooking Classes:
Because transitioning one's diet to a healthier lifestyle can often mean learning new methods of food preparation and familiarizing oneself with a more varied repertoire of ingredients, IPAP offers private cooking classes in your home.  As a food critic in France prior to completing her pre-chiropractic requirements in college, Dr. Shaughness has long maintained a love of food and will gladly work with you to prepare healthy meals.  Please call our office to inquire or schedule a class.
